About us

Quebec Fresh is build by Tong and San，a couple who experiment to grow vegetables and mushrooms since 2010. Before we setting up on Hemmingford, we cooperate with other farmers, mainly grew garlic and tomatoes, Asian vegetables, most of them were wholesale.

In 2015 we set on Hemmingford and start to expand our business, both wholesale and retails. Gradually we focus on the vegetables and mushrooms that we could grow most nutritious, most efficient and profitable, both for customers and for ourselves.
